Twelve most frequently asked questions — about orders, products and in-salon treatments. If you are looking for a specific number: delivery to a pickup point costs 14.99 PLN, you have 14 days for a return, and we hand the order over to the carrier within 3 working days.

How much does delivery cost?
InPost parcel locker, DPD pickup point, Pocztex and ORLEN Paczka cost 14.99 PLN. A courier to your address is 25 PLN for a parcel up to 10 kg. In Poland, we ship for free from 499 PLN. We also ship to fifteen EU countries — delivery there costs from 44.99 PLN, and free delivery starts at 799 PLN. Full price list along with weights: Delivery page.
When do you ship the order?
We hand the parcel over to the carrier no later than 3 working days from the payment being credited. Added to this is the carrier's time, which we cannot influence — usually one working day in Poland. If the delivery time is to be extended, you will receive a message from us with a new date and you do not have to ask for it.
How can I pay?
By BLIK code, cash on delivery (with a surcharge that you see in the order summary), card or Apple Pay and Google Pay, fast transfer from any bank, and Klarna with deferred payment. You choose the method in the last step of the order and confirm it together with it. Orders paid online are packed after the payment is credited, and for cash on delivery you pay upon receipt of the parcel.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. For each order, we issue an invoice or another accounting document and send it by e-mail, not by post. If you are buying for a company, enter the invoice details when placing the order — without them, we will issue a document for a private individual. Invoice details cannot be added after the document is issued, so check them before placing the order.
How can I check where my parcel is?
Email us at kontakt@korbanprofessional.pl and provide your order number — we check the shipment on our end and reply during office hours. The "Order completed" email you receive from us means exactly that the parcel has been dispatched. We do not currently send tracking numbers for self-tracking, so the fastest way is a message or a phone call.

Where can I check the product ingredients?
The full ingredients list (INCI) is on every product page, in the expandable "Full ingredients (INCI)" section below the description. It is collapsed because it is a long list of Latin names — but it is always available, without logging in and without asking us. If you are looking for a specific ingredient, you will find it there fastest.
How to choose a product for my hair?
The catalogue is divided into care pillars: Smoothing, rebuilding, scalp, curly hair and Protection. Go to the one that describes your Concern — each contains products for Home use. If you still do not know, write to us or ask your hairdresser.
Can I buy the products my salon uses?
Some yes, some no. In the store we sell Home use care and you can buy it without any conditions. Preparations for in-salon treatments are intended for trained professionals and are not suitable for DIY Home use. Next to each product you can see which of these two groups it belongs to.
How much does shipping cost for a salon order?
The same as for a private order: 14.99 PLN to a pick-up point, 25 PLN by courier for a parcel up to 10 kg, and free from 499 PLN. The same price list applies regardless of who we issue the invoice to. Salons buying wholesale have separate cooperation conditions — ask about them via the page for salons or by phone.

Can I do the treatment at home?
No. Korban rituals are performed by a trained professional in a salon — they require skill, appropriate tools and working conditions described in the manufacturer's documentation, which cannot be recreated in a home bathroom. At home you care for the Effect of the treatment: this is what the products from the care section are for, selected according to the type of ritual performed.
How long does the Effect of the treatment last?
It depends on the treatment, the Hair type and what you care for your hair with afterwards. We do not provide a single number for all rituals because it would be untrue for half of the people. You will find the range provided by the manufacturer on the page of each ritual separately, along with a description of who the treatment is intended for.
Which ritual is for me?
We divide rituals into three families: Smoothing and anti-frizz, reconstruction and Repair, and deep Hydration. Each has a separate page with a description of who it is for and how it proceeds. However, the choice is made by the hairdresser after examining the hair — the page is to help you ask them the right question.
