Platinum Liss is an in-salon smoothing treatment for blonde hair — bleached, highlighted, and grey — that is frizzy. The hairdresser washes the hair, applies the product strand by strand, rinses it out after about twenty minutes, dries the hair, and seals the effect with a flat iron at a temperature suited for blondes. The hair is smoother, soft, and shiny. The treatment does not change the shade.

Platinum Liss does not lighten the hair and does not change its shade, so it does not cool down yellow reflections either — it smooths and adds shine, and the colour is managed by toning.
How is the treatment performed?
Time in the chair: about 2 hours for medium length; longer for long and thick hair
- The hairdresser examines the bleached hair and performs a strand test.
- Washing with a deep cleansing shampoo and preparing the hair for product application.
- Applying the product with a brush strand by strand, keeping a distance from the scalp.
- The product processes for about twenty minutes, and is then thoroughly rinsed out.
- Cationic mask after rinsing out, followed by completely drying the hair with a hairdryer and a brush.
- Straightening in fine sections at a medium temperature, which is gentler on bleached hair.
How long does it take and how much does it cost?
Time in the chair: about two hours for medium length hair, longer for long and thick hair. The product itself processes for about twenty minutes — the rest of the time is taken up by washing, drying and straightening in fine sections. We do not set the price: the treatment is performed by a salon and the salon maintains the price list. The amount depends primarily on the length and density of the hair. We have not yet collected market ranges for this treatment, so we do not provide them — you will find out the amount when booking.
How long does the effect last?
How long the smoothing will last depends on the hair type, washing frequency and what you wash your hair with at home. The manufacturer's documentation does not provide a number of weeks for this treatment, so we do not provide it. Gentle washing helps to maintain the effect longer — for home use, we recommend the After shampoo and conditioner, described below on this page.

Questions and answers
Will this treatment damage my hair?
This is a treatment with a smoothing product fixed with a flat iron. The hairdresser performs a strand test beforehand, uses a medium temperature on bleached hair and works with adequate ventilation. Mention any sensitive scalp or respiratory issues when booking. If bleached hair experiences breakage, it is better to start with a rebuilding ritual.
After how many days can I wash my hair?
The treatment ends with rinsing out the product and a mask, so you leave with washed hair, and our product page does not indicate a period during which you must not wash your hair. Do the first wash at home with a gentle shampoo — strong cleansing takes away smoothness the fastest. If the hairdresser asks for a break, listen to them.
Can I lighten or tone my hair before or after the treatment?
Lightening usually goes first, but after bleaching, wait at least a week before booking the smoothing. Toning is discussed separately with the hairdresser — this treatment does not change the shade, so if the yellow reflection bothers you, it needs to be cooled down with another step. The hairdresser selects the order and intervals based on the condition of the hair.
Will Platinum Liss cool down the yellow reflection in my blonde hair?
No. The product used in this ritual does not contain violet pigment, so it does not change the shade — it smooths and adds shine. To cool down the colour, toning at the salon is used, or the NanoGloss nanoplastia version formulated for blondes, which contains such a pigment. We state this plainly so as not to promise something the treatment does not do.
How many times a year can it be repeated?
The documentation does not specify a limit, so we do not invent one — the intervals between treatments are decided by the hairdresser. With bleached hair, they evaluate each time how the strands tolerate the work with a flat iron and whether they are ready for the next smoothing. If they are not, a rebuilding ritual comes first, and smoothing comes later.

With a mild shampoo — frequent washing with a strong cleansing one shortens the effect.
