Hydra De Luxe is an in-salon smoothing and hydrating treatment for overly dry and dull hair. The hairdresser washes the hair, applies a smoothing mask section by section, dries the hair, seals the effect with a flat iron, and finally rinses it out. The hair is smoother, softer and has less frizz, but retains its natural movement. This is a good choice for a first smoothing.

Hydra De Luxe does not straighten the hair as strongly as nanoplastia and does not rebuild chemically damaged hair — it smooths and hydrates, and the hair retains its movement.
How is the treatment performed?
Time in the chair: approximately 1.5–2 hours, depending on hair length and density
- The hairdresser washes the hair with a cleansing shampoo and assesses how dry it is.
- The hair is dried — the mask is applied to dry hair, section by section.
- The mask processes on the hair for thirty to forty minutes, without a cap or heat.
- The hairdresser dries the hair with a cool or medium airflow before reaching for the flat iron.
- Straightening in fine sections seals the smoothing; at a lower temperature for blonde hair.
- The hair is thoroughly rinsed with lukewarm water — the mask is not left on the hair.
- Finally, drying and styling — this is when the smoothness and hair movement are visible.
How long does it take and how much does it cost?
Time in the chair: about one and a half to two hours, depending on hair length and density. The price of the treatment is set by the salon — the salon performs it and calculates its own pricing. How long does the effect last?
How long the effect lasts depends on the hair: on its porosity, how often you wash your hair and with what. The manufacturer's documentation does not specify the number of weeks for this mask, so we do not invent it here. Gentle washing helps to maintain the effect longer. Questions and answers
Will this treatment damage my hair?
This is a treatment with a smoothing mask, which is set by a flat iron, and rinsed out at the end. The hairdresser assesses the hair beforehand, performs a strand test and adjusts the temperature — lower for blondes. Mention a sensitive scalp when booking; if you react badly to isothiazolinone preservatives or fragrance ingredients, check the composition before the treatment. After lightening, wait a week.
After how many days can I wash my hair?
The mask is rinsed out while still in the salon, so you leave with washed hair, and the product documentation does not specify a period during which you must not wash your hair. Do the next wash when you normally would, with a gentle shampoo — harsh cleansing strips smoothness the fastest. If the hairdresser asks for a longer break, listen to them.
Can I colour my hair before or after the treatment?
Yes, but not everything at once. After lightening, wait at least a week before booking Hydra De Luxe. Colouring and a flat iron treatment weigh down the hair in different ways, and together in one day it can be too much. Book both things in one salon and mention when booking that you are planning both.
Is the treatment for Coloured / bleached hair?
Yes — for bleached hair, the hairdresser works with a lower flat iron temperature. The mask does not lighten; it contains a touch of blue pigment, so on a very light blonde it may slightly cool the shade. If the hair primarily breaks after lightening, smoothing alone is not enough — then the rebuilding ritual is appropriate.
Is this a good treatment for the first smoothing?
Yes, it is exactly the one to start with. It smooths and hydrates, but does not take away movement from the hair, so after leaving the salon you do not look like you had a strong straightening. If afterwards you decide you want to noticeably reduce volume for longer, the next step is NanoGloss nanoplasty — and the hairdresser will already know your hair.
How many times a year can it be repeated?
The manufacturer's documentation does not specify a maximum number of repetitions per year, so we will not guess it. In practice, the treatment is repeated when the hair becomes dry again and starts to frizz, rather than according to a calendar. The pace is set by the hairdresser, looking at the ends — and they are the right person for this question.
What to wash your hair with after the treatment?
With a mild shampoo, without harsh cleansing — gentle washing helps preserve smoothness for longer. For home use, we recommend the Oil Premium line: mask and oil to use between visits. How does Hydra De Luxe differ from NanoGloss nanoplasty?
Both treatments are sealed with a flat iron, but the effect of Hydra De Luxe is more delicate: it smooths and hydrates, and the hair retains movement. Nanoplasty more noticeably reduces volume, the visit takes longer and it is intended for thick, highly frizzy hair. If your hair is primarily dry and dull — choose Hydra De Luxe.
