Paczkomat InPost, punkt DPD, Pocztex i ORLEN Paczka kosztują 14,99 zł. Kurier pod adres — 25 zł przy paczce do 10 kg. W Polsce od 499 zł wysyłamy za darmo. Wysyłamy też do piętnastu krajów Unii; tam dostawa zaczyna się od 44,99 zł, a bezpłatnie wozimy od 799 zł w górę. Zamówienie przekazujemy przewoźnikowi najpóźniej w ciągu 3 dni roboczych od zaksięgowania wpłaty.

Delivery in Poland is free from 499 PLN. The threshold is calculated based on the amount after discounts.

For the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria and Hungary, the parcel is sent to an InPost locker. In Czechia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Germany and Bulgaria you can collect it at a DPD Pickup point — there the price depends on the weight: 62.99 PLN up to 3 kg, 74.99 PLN up to 10 kg and 94.99 PLN up to 20 kg (in Bulgaria 69.99 PLN up to 3 kg and 109.99 PLN above). There are no lockers in Ireland, as InPost does not operate in this country. Cash on delivery is not available abroad.
What happens after placing an order?
- You receive an "Order in progress" email — this is a confirmation that the order has reached us.
- We pack the parcel and hand it over to the carrier you selected when placing the order.
- You receive an "Order completed" email — for us, this means the parcel has been dispatched.
- The carrier delivers the parcel to your address or the selected pick-up point.

Has the parcel not arrived? Write to kontakt@korbanprofessional.pl and provide the order number. We will check the shipment on our end.
Did the parcel arrive damaged? Write a damage report with the courier and let us know immediately — the report makes further steps much easier.
Did you not collect the parcel from the pick-up point? It returns to us. We arrange a second shipment after the cost of the second delivery is paid.
Are you ordering from outside Poland? Próg 499 zł działa tylko w Polsce. Poza nią bezpłatnie wozimy od 799 zł w górę — im dalej, tym wyższy próg, bo i nadanie kosztuje więcej. Do Irlandii wysyłamy wyłącznie kurierem, a płatności przy odbiorze za granicą nie ma.
